Great way to end our holiday. Breakfast with fruits and banana bread, as example. Outstandingly accommodating, super friendly staff towards all guests.

The place was fairly clean with free parking and a large bed. Well-maintained rooms and brilliantly friendly staff - we loved it. The daily service was great. Location: the hotel was short walk to the night market, Am samui palace, and shops/ restaurants. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Tropicana.

The place was upscale and restaurant was great. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and courteous during my stay. The pool was nice and I had complimentary drinks in the swim-up bar.

It was fairly clean, the staff was exceptional, plus the service was terrific. The hotel was in a magnificent location, right in the heart of lamai with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Had complimentary drinks in the swim-up bar.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The rooms have nice views into the garden and come with a balcony, some even have a bathtub and a rain shower. Breakfast is included in the rate, which is a bonus. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Lamai, with shops, restaurants, and a taxi stand on the corner.

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

The pool was great, the staff were friendly and the rooms were very comfortable and cleaned every day. i liked the little touches like getting fresh pool towels every day. The hotel was a few minute walk from the beach and right on the strip.

If your buying beer get it from the shop opposite as its half the price and the hotel hasnt even got a bar so you take the drinks back to your room anyway.

Internet WIFI didn't work at all. What was worse was that the hotel was not willing to take responsibility for it. I'm more than happy to pay for a service. When it doesn't work however, I expect to get a refund.

Everything was perfect, had a lovely stay for nights. The property was in the heart of the city. What's more, it was 10 mins drive from Lamai Beach.

The staff was not very friendly.

our recent stay in lamai beach was fantastic. am samui palace exceeded our expectations with comfortable rooms, a beautiful pool, and friendly staff. we were impressed with their helpfulness in arranging transportation and their delicious room service meals. definitely recommend staying here!

Limited signage and guidelines.

Excellent. It has a large excellent pool. Very close to restaurants, bars and shopping in Lamai.

One night I could hear the music from a near by night club. It wasn't to bad I could still sleep but woke during the night and noticed it. Not a big issue though.

Great friendly staff. Very nice clean rooms. The hotel is very near to the beach. It has a wonderful pool and very beautiful design. Hotel is also very near to the tourist street and shops. Excellent place to stay during vacaton.
